Recruitment

The four police forces of Yorkshire and the Humber are leading the way in joint working. There are now four Regional Operational teams, (the regional roads policing team, the regional asset recovery team, the regional intelligence unit, and the regional crime unit). These teams have been set up with a very clear directive to close the gap in protective services and to offer a strategic and operational support to local policing teams.

They have a remit support local neighbourhood teams and divisions to tackle serious and organised crime that cause harm to local communities. A regional focus allows us to concentrate on crime first and borders second. We can assist local teams to create a highly effective and impactful joined up approach to tackle crime. The Regional Operational teams are made up of talented officers and staff from across the four forces that combine their skills and expertise to support local teams wherever and whenever they are needed.

There are opportunities for talented people to join our ranks and help us to lead the way in progressive policing across Yorkshire and the Humber.

No jobs at the moment.
Please keep checking the website for opportunities to join the regional team.
