A Leeds man has been jailed indefinitely after being found to possess over 300,000 indecent images of children

Daniel TAYLOR (31) of Leeds, West Yorkshire have today received an indeterminate sentence for public protection to serve a minimum of three years in prison after he was found to possess in excess of 240,000 indecent images and over 3500 indecent videos of children and babies on various computer devices kept at his home address in Farnley.

Mortgage scammers ordered to pay back their ill-gotten gains

At Bradford Crown Court today (3rd August 2001) His Honour Judge Durham Hall QC determined that six men, previously convicted for their involvement in a complex conspiracy and money-laundering case in April 2009, had benefited by a total of £4,571,279.35 from the proceeds their crimes and made a total confiscation order against them to the sum of £796,540.04.

At Bradford Crown Court today (8th July 2011) His Honour Judge Benson determined that Johnny Daniels, who was convicted of money laundering offences in September 2010 had benefited by £1,038,540.33 from the proceeds his crimes and made a confiscation order against him to the sum of £479,146.74.

Man behind illegal hazardous waste dumping to pay back £36,000

Edward MOSLEY, of Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, was today ordered to pay back over £36,000 that he had acquired through his involvement in illegally dumping almost 1,400 tonnes of waste, some of which contained carcinogens, in Sheffield.
